No Return, No Refund, Exchange Only Policy.
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we operate under a strict no-return and no-refund policy. We only offer exchanges for items that meet the following criteria.
: Damaged or Defective Products: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will happily exchange the item for the same product or a product of equal value. Proof of damage or defect may be required. For proof of damage, you have to make a package opening uncut video and send us on our WhatsApp number.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that differs from your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product to arrange an exchange for the correct item.
Please note the following conditions for exchanges
: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges will be processed upon inspection and approval of the returned item.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange unless the error was on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
